I’m already listed — what do I do?
Use Find my listing to locate your imported profile and submit a claim. Once approved, you can complete and manage it from your dashboard.
How do parents contact me?
Parents send an enquiry through your public profile. You can review it and update its status from your childminder dashboard.
How do I update my availability?
Open your profile editor from the childminder dashboard, update your days and spaces, then save or publish your changes.
What’s included in Enhanced?
Enhanced is £9.99/month and includes featured search placement, up to 20 gallery photos, unlimited enquiries, direct parent messaging, and profile analytics.
